Selecting and personalizing

You must have permission to use any names, text or images provided and permit us to use the submission to make and fulfill your order.

Acknowledgements and corrections

An acknowledgement means we received the order request. If availability, price or a material description is wrong before fulfillment, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase. A different item will not be substituted without your agreement.
