Order changes & cancellations

A short correction window

Contact hello@daphnescurations.com within 6 hours of checkout and before production starts, whichever happens first. Give us the order number and the complete replacement instructions. A change or cancellation takes effect when we confirm it can be made.

Personal details need a final check

Review names, dates, punctuation and your selected option before ordering. Entering text does not generate an artwork proof. A proof service is included only when expressly offered on the product page.

After production starts

We cannot accept a change-of-mind cancellation for personalized work already in production. Address updates after shipment may also be unavailable. Accepted cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Damaged or incorrectly made items are handled under the return policy.
