Plan for preparation and travel

Allow 2-4 business days for order preparation, followed by an estimated 3-6 business days in transit. The combined estimate is 5-10 business days. Weekends and US public holidays are not business days, and an estimated arrival is not a guaranteed delivery appointment.

Where we deliver

Our service area is United States (50 states); no PO boxes, APO or FPO. The standard rate is $6.95 per order. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $60 after discounts, excluding tax. Checkout shows the charge before you pay.

Tracking and help

Once the parcel is handed over, we provide its tracking details. New tracking may take 24-48 hours to display a scan. Contact hello@daphnescurations.com if delivery is still outstanding 10 business days after dispatch. Include your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Check your destination

Please check the street, apartment and ZIP code before placing an order. Let us know immediately about an error. We cannot promise rerouting after dispatch. If tracking says delivered, check nearby delivery locations and ask household members before contacting us. Any additional charge for an agreed reshipment will be explained first.
